Course Objectives: 
The aim of the course is to train qualified and conscious nurses about home care nurses, to discuss the practices of nursing interventions, to contribute to the production of professional practices and scientific information about home care patients.
Course Content: 

The course includes the home care team (nurse, physician, physiotherapist, dietitian, social worker, psychologist/psychiatrist), the roles and responsibilities of the home care nurse, comprehensive evaluation in home care (physiological and psychosocial evaluation of the patient, evaluation of the patient's family, the patient's place and environment). evaluation), acute, post-acute, rehabilitative and long-term home care services for different patient groups, special topics in home care (infusion therapy, postpartum mother and child care, care of the patient with mental health problems, hospice and palliative care, complementary medical practices), management of unexpected and emergency situations, communication with patients and family members, health education and counseling in the home environment, record keeping, care of family members, legal and ethical aspects of home care.
