Course Objectives: 
The aim of the course is to provide students with the basic principles and application methods of lymphedema physiotherapy and to provide students with knowledge of the lymphatic system and pathologies, assessment, treatment and management of lymphedema patients. This course combines theoretical and practical knowledge to teach effective and up-to-date intervention strategies in the care of individuals with lymphedema. It also aims to provide opportunities for students to develop their ability to follow current research in the field of lymphedema physiotherapy and to lead in this field.
Course Content: 

Lymphedema physiotherapy course includes comprehensive topics such as anatomy, physiology and pathologies of the lymphatic system, lymphedema assessment, basic principles of lymphedema physiotherapy, exercise and movement therapy, lymphedema treatment planning, compression clothing and materials, lymphedema management and rehabilitation, advanced treatment approaches, patient education and psychosocial support, current research and innovative practices. This course aims to provide students with in-depth knowledge on the evaluation and treatment of individuals with lymphedema. By combining theoretical knowledge, practical applications and current research, it aims to provide students with knowledge in the field of lymphedema physiotherapy.
