Course Objectives: 
Aging, physiological changes related to aging, loss of physical performance, psychosocial changes; It aims to define evaluation techniques in geriatric rehabilitation, test and measurement methodologies in physical and cognitive performance under the concept of evidence-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation, the role of the physiotherapist in primary health care, preventive approaches, preventive rehabilitation in the elderly in society.
Course Content: 

This course includes neurological, orthopedic problems and cognitive changes that occur with aging, physiotherapy and rehabilitation applications in cases of systemic diseases and disabilities, development of decision-making and evaluation skills in geriatric rehabilitation program, evaluation and improvement of quality of life. The interrelationships of all subheadings are explained in detail, both practically and theoretically.
