Course Objectives: 
To teach students the history of health, an overview of the health-nutrition relationship, the definition of the profession, international professional organizations and professional ethics.
Course Content: 

Definition of profession, professional terminology, content of Nutrition and Dietetics education and its reflection on the field, international professional organization, professional ethics, legal consequences of unethical behavior.
