Announcement of the Department of Nursing Regarding 2021-2022 Fall Semester Internships
-The right to absenteeism for each internship is 20% (2 days) as stated in the sylabus. If this period is exceeded, it is not possible for you to be accepted to the make-up internship, you will fail the course with FA.
- Reasons for the make-up internship (in case of exceeding the 2 days of absence) that are considered specific to the pandemic period only; Being in isolation due to COVID-19, reporting severe illness, having surgery (reported), not being able to get a committee report for internship, loss of a first-degree relative. No excuses other than those listed above are accepted.
-The deadline for receiving the committee report and starting internships is 19.11.2021. After this date, students will not be accepted for make-up internships.
-Due to the fact that the whatsapp lines are used too frequently and untimely to report excuses, and it is difficult to follow up, now 1 DAY BEFORE THE INTERNSHIP DAY AT THE LATEST 1 DAY BEFORE e-mail address Yeditepehemsirelikk@gmail.com, the student's name, surname, student number, the reason for absenteeism, if sick report, if in isolation, a document showing this and a notification to the infirmary should be made. By checking the e-mail addresses, information about the absences will be obtained, and the reasons written on whatsapp will not be taken into account.
The subject is very sensitive and it is important to announce that you need to be careful in order to continue this period without any problems.
