World Physiotherapy (https://world.physio) is an international organization that has been operating since 1951, bringing together approximately 685,000 physiotherapists and 125 physiotherapy and rehabilitation associations all over the world. It is the largest organization serving in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation and encourages high standards of the physiotherapy profession.
Yeditepe University Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation received full accreditation for 5 years, by World Physiotherapy, on July 12, 2022, showing great success as being one of only 18 physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs in the world accreditated by World Physiotherapy.
