Course Objectives: 
This course provides the ability to transfer the application of information concerning the management of nursing services.
Course Content: 

This course will include main lectures and clinical studies regarding to principles of the efficient nursing management, organizational structures of hospital and nursing services,  Formulation of the nursing workforce according to the dependence level of the patients,  Using communication techniques efficiently , scientific problem solving approach in managerial problems,  total quality management, individual and professional leadership potential  and new leadership approaches.
